In 2006, UTFR emerged as world champions yet again, showcasing their prowess with a victory at Formula Student UK and their best finish yet at Formula SAE Michigan with an 8th place result. Let by Team Principal Nadia Boin, UT06 demonstrated exceptional engineering and performance capabilites throughout the season. With an agile suspension system featuring upper and lower A-arms and pull rod actuated coil-over shocks, the UT06 vehicle showcased remarkable handling. With a meticulous approach to detail, the team integrated a clutchless stick shifter, unique to the previous race cars. Fueled by passion and dedication, UT06's triumphs underscored their commitment to excellence in motorsports engineering.
